1. ELIGIBILITY
The loyalty scheme is open to Carlsberg Britvic retailers in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) who are over 18 years old and purchase through one of the approved Routes to Market listed in Appendix 1 only, except:
1.1 Exclusions
The following are excluded from participation:
(a) Employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.
(b) Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration.
(c) Members of the immediate families or households of persons listed in sections (a) and (b) above.
2. CARLSBERG BRITVIC RETAILER REWARDS SCHEME
2.1 Scheme Title
The title of the promotion is Carlsberg Britvic Retailer Rewards.
To become a member of and participate in the Carlsberg Britvic Rewards scheme, retailers must be invited to join by a Carlsberg Britvic representative and wishing to stock a range of Carlsberg Britvic drinks brands.
Examples of suitable retailers are:
- Quick Service Independent Restaurants
- Cafes
- Sandwich shops
- Bakeries
2.2 Joining the Scheme
You must:
- Be invited to join the scheme by a Britvic UK representative; and
- Receive an email invitation from the loyalty platform.
Once the email has been received:
- Click on the link;
- Accept the Terms & Conditions; and
- You will then be live on the scheme to earn rewards.
2.3 Loyalty Period
The loyalty period will open (the “Opening Date”) once:
- You have met the loyalty rewards criteria detailed at the website “How to Earn” page; and
-You have registered to have a digital account.
These Terms & Conditions for membership and redemption of rewards should be read in conjunction with the scheme criteria at the “How to Earn” page where visibility of monthly rewards is visible in accordance with your soft drinks chiller size.
2.4 Loyalty Folder
All members must make their Britvic loyalty folder accessible to any Britvic representative when he/she visits to enable them to reward points and/or to audit.
The folder:
- Remains the property of Britvic;
- Is confidential; and
- Should not be shown to third parties.
2.5 Changes to the Scheme
Britvic reserves the right to alter:
- These Terms & Conditions; and/or
- The scheme criteria.
Britvic will provide 3 months’ notice of any changes.
Any such changes will be communicated:
- By a Britvic representative;
- Via email;
- By letter; or
- On the “How to Earn” page.
Britvic also reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the scheme in whole or in part at any time with three months’ notice or, in the case of abuse, to:
- Cancel membership of the scheme of any member; and
- Recover costs of any gift(s) awarded.
2.6 Missed Representative Visits
If a Britvic representative does not visit a member for a period of 3 months, Britvic reserves the right to award points for that period providing the scheme criteria has been met.
Rewards will be awarded at the discretion of Britvic based on the information held internally.
2.7 Membership and Reward Ownership
Rewards are personal to the member to whom they are issued and cannot be transferred to a third party.
Only the named member can claim rewards issued.
By participating in the scheme, members agree that they are:
- The store owner; or
- Have permission from the store owner to be a member of the scheme.
Britvic accepts no liability for membership by staff members who do not have permission from the owner of the store.
2.8 Reward Accrual
The scheme member will accrue rewards once per month if compliant to all criteria as adjudged by a Britvic representative during a monthly store visit (on entry to the store).
Rewards:
- Are accrued each month; and
- Become a redeemable reward value after 7 working days following the end of each quarter.
Britvic accepts no responsibility for any delay meeting the intended timeline.

Quarter 1
January, February, March
Quarter 2
April, May, June
Quarter 3
July, August, September
Quarter 4
October, November, December
2.9 Access Requirements
Entrants must have:
- Internet access; and/or
- A mobile phone
to:
- Enter the rewards scheme;
- View rewards accrued; and
- Claim rewards.
2.10 Other Reward Schemes
You cannot join the scheme if you are being rewarded by Britvic in any other way.
3. THE REWARDS
3.1 Reward Types
The rewards consist of:
- Digital Love2shop E-Gift Cards
- Physical Love2shop Gift Cards
The rewards are supplied by:

3.2 Reward Conditions
The reward:
- Is not transferable; and
- Has no cash alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the reward with an alternative reward of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
Any benefits received may render tax liabilities which are the responsibility of the recipient of the reward.
3.3 Reward Notifications
All loyalty members will be notified via the website:
- When they accrue a reward; and
- When they claim a reward.
All loyalty members will receive a confirmation email (the “Confirmation Email”) sent to the email address provided at the time of sign-up.
It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they receive communications.
3.4 Use of Member Information
Loyalty members agree to allow the Promoter to use their:
- Name; and
- County of residence
for the issue of rewards.
3.5 Unclaimed Rewards
The Promoter does not accept responsibility if a loyalty member does not claim their rewards.
3.6 Reward Substitution
The reward:
- Is not transferable or exchangeable; and
- Cannot be redeemed for monetary value or any other form of compensation.
If for any reason the reward is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another reward of equal or higher value at its sole discretion.
3.7 Leaving the Scheme
If a member leaves the scheme, rewards must be redeemed within 90 days.
3.8 Acceptance of Scheme Criteria
By joining the scheme, you agree to be bound by:
- The criteria of the scheme; and
- The rewards applicable to you.
4. REWARD DELIVERY
4.1 Delivery Timeframe
Please allow 10 working days from valid acceptance for delivery of the reward.
Rewards will be delivered via:
- Registered email; or
- Post.
A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery of postal items.
4.2 Incorrect Delivery Details
If any rewards are undelivered due to inaccurate details, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the reward entitlement with no liability.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 Liability
Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the participant or accept liability for any:
- Loss;
- Damage;
- Personal injury; or
- Death
occurring as a result of taking up the reward except where caused by negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors, or that of their employees.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. DATA PROTECTION
6.1 Personal Information
By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion.
6.2 Privacy Policy
Entrants' personal data will be used and held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at:
and also on the rewards website.
7. GENERAL
7.1 Acceptance of Terms
By entering the rewards scheme, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter.
7.2 Entry Instructions
Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of conflict, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.
7.3 Breach of Terms
If the Promoter believes there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or any effort to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entrant from participation at its sole discretion.
7.4 Suspension or Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Hold;
- Void;
- Suspend;
- Cancel; or
- Amend
the reward scheme where necessary.
If any act, omission, event or circumstance beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevents compliance with these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:
- Global or regional health crises
- Weather conditions
- Fire
- Flood
- Strike
- Hurricane
- Industrial dispute
- War
- Terrorist activity
- Hostilities
- Political unrest
- Riots
- Civil commotion
- Epidemic
- Pandemic
- Famine
- Plague
- Natural calamities
- Acts of God
the Promoter will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations.
7.5 Technical Issues
The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
7.6 Verification
Verification of identity and address will be required before any rewards are awarded.
7.7 Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who engages in:
(a)
Any activity or behaviour which causes, encourages or promotes danger or a threat to the health and safety of the entrant and/or others.
7.8 Participant Details
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct and up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the reward.
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information affecting reward acceptance or delivery.
7.9 Promoter Decisions
The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.10 Severability
If any clause or provision of these Terms & Conditions is declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision.
7.11 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, shall be subject to:
- English law; and
- The exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Carlsberg Britvic reserves the right to update the approved Routes to Market list from time to time, and eligibility will be based on the approved list in place at the time the retailer is invited to join the scheme.
